NATURE

Hello Everyone!! Well I did get another BIG pic lo done. I love these...This is one I had done before only then I did the sunflower...now I have zoomed in on the grasshopper. This is from my garden in 2006. You can see how the grasshopper had enjoyed a dinner on the leaf.

Congrats ~Graduation~

Hello everyone...I have been sooo busy...it seems crafting has been put on the back burner here...I know....just summer is soo much going on. I have a big garden and it takes up so much time..but anyway I wanted to get something done. I have a few like this I am gonna try to get done over the next few days...I call them BIG Picture Scrapbooking. Fun too. The pic is of me and Colten last year at his Kindergarten graduation....I had Dusty in just a little over a month later...surprisingly I was able to get down that low...LOL!! You can just see PROUD written on his face. June 2008.

The border was cut on fit to page on page 36 Icon, Congrats was cut from Lyrical letters pg. 69 using connected cut at 2 1/2.

Description: Hello everyone.... This is my butterfly (papillon meaning butterfly in French). This is Alexis in 2006 her senior pics.....now in the end of the second year in college....boy was that a time of change...going from my sweet innocent dd to a grown women. I so love this pic. Products used:
~S.E.I. papillon chocolat pp, cherie pp,
~MM note worthy pink half circle.
~Bazzill pink cardstock
~MME 29th St. "fresh Mother" pp background
~Cricut Storybook Pg. 67 Marquee3 for the fit to page frame.
~Cricut George for the circle flowers cut at 2 3/4, 2, 1 1/2, and 1. Distressed part of the challenge.
~Title cut from Stone Script Cricut at 1 1/2. I used Coredinations cardstock oh my I love that cardstock I then sanded the title..(do this on the mat with out pulling your paper up)
~Quickutz Revolution for the 4x4 die 3-d butterfly ....love this I then added wire and beads.
~Hand sewed the butterfly train (stamped first then sewed)
~Pop dots, ribbon, the brown ribbon was actually a belt I had sometime ago, ricrac, Fancy pants strait pins. Needle and thread brown DMC floss. Thanks so much!!!

Chirper Challenge #16 ~Life is a Highway~

Hello everyone....well it's time for the Chirper Challenge #16. The challenge this time was to use red and green and have wheels and no Christmas. Jackie's sons came up with the challenge....Dylan and Tyler. So I was trying to think like them.....what would little boys like....this should be easy for for me I only have six.....well was I wrong!! I thought I don't want to use the tractor, the four wheeler, the bike...I was really thinking here....LOL!!!! So applaud Dylan and Tyler cause this was an awesome challenge!! Check it out....Chirper Challenge. The creations are incrediable!! So much fun too!! Can't wait to see what others come up for the challenge so hop on over.
