Just look at those stunning colors I hope to paint this. It has really left me so inspired. I do have my art bag with a few limited supplies so I could keep up with the 30 day sketchbook challenge. So far I have made it despite being so tired each evening. Once I relax a bit I my artist soul stirs and my hands grab that journal and just begin taking deep breaths and create.
We have so much enjoyed our time with Skylar. We played Jenga and a few others games. Grandkids are certainly gifts of joy and accomplishments. It is wonderful have such an amazing family. I am so proud of them and so thankful.
Crystal and Skylar
Kenso and daddy
This caught my eye as something to paint. We were on the boardwalk and I saw it and told everyone I wanted to go get this picture.
Belmont Park is right beside the boardwalk well sorta there are shops as well. Cooper and Skylar enjoyed the rides while we watched. A great place to visit.
While Billy was playing games I snuck over to the clam shell. As one of my teachers calls me the mermaid. So many people have said over the years that I look like Darryl Hannah however she is so much more beautiful. I have always loved her movies. When I nursed at the hospital I would so many people say that even when I was younger.
This is one of tree slices that was over 3000 years old. A Giant Sequoia Tree. I’m speechless!!!
Cooper and Skylar are on that.
They rode the roller coaster. The GIANT DIPPER.
Cooper won at the Mini Golf. Skylar was next and Billy then Crystal. While they were doing mini golf we walked to the boardwalk and took Kenso to see the sunset.
It is such a magical place, music, food, creativity, sports, picnics endless possibilities. We saw skating, skateboarding, unicycles, bikes, electric bikes. Skooters…… you get the idea. Definitely good vibes!! We enjoyed our time there a must visit.
Of course you know I would get a creative shot of Kenso.
The green flash can be seen at Mission Beach a phenomenon.
This was some of my creative pictures.
Skybear at the mini golf. While we were there at Belmont Park they have a mining experience where you pay 7 bucks for a small bag and you mine for the rocks. My bag was filled with crystals. It was so many different stones.
