Happy Birthday Bruce Jr. Today is your Day

In the words of Kim : We went to Nassau this morning and the kids got souvenirs. We got back on the boat early to get in the pool without the crowd. The kids and I get Gelato. Bruce and Samantha went to a specialty restaurant on the ship called Hola! It's an all you can eat taco place.  I took the kids to the pool. While in Nassau I was carrying Samantha bag because it was too heavy for her. Someone's large poodle ran up to me and attacked the bag because It had a stuffed animal keychain on it. The owner of the dog said I'm sorry she loves stuffed animals. The way that dog arranged the bag I believe she hates stuffed animals. Haha. I laughed at that too. Rosie does love to tear a stuffed animal into pieces. She goes for the squeaky noises first.

Tonight is white night. We plan to go to the sit down dinner and then go to a theatre show called Encore. The weather has been warm we all got rather sunburnt yesterday.

I will let you know how the tacos are. We have seen an animal at every port. A tortoise in Port Canaveral, baby owl in Ocean Cay, and a pet parrot in Nassau.

You can see that the vacation has been a huge success of fun and sunshine. A great way to celebrate your 39 th birthday. I spent most of the day painting and tending to my plants and petting my dogs. It’s bitter cold outside right now as I type this up it’s -10 and it says it feels like -26. The wind is blowing. The boys went to get a few groceries as we haven’t been for several weeks. We are out of half and half and the boys like their half and half for their coffee. They brought me home the organic pink lady apples which I really enjoy. Tomorrow is Jrs birthday. Reminder to self! Colten whom lives back in NC where we were from. Is preparing for the winter storm to hit the east coast starting Friday morning the day of this post. School has been canceled for tomorrow due to the extreme temperatures. Dangerously low temperatures. Bruce took care of everything outside here to prepare for these low temperatures. I know it’s normal for some people. Just not the ones living here. So we have to prepare for this.

Sending love and good vibes,

STAY WARM
