Happy St. Patrick’s Day ☘️ 2026

Hello and welcome I hope you had an amazing St. Patrick’s Day. ☘️ I have always been a huge fan of this day. The green gets me every time. Never really knowing the true meaning of the day. It is when the Saint brought Christianity to Ireland. Bruce and I have always enjoyed the day for the beer and the color green. Being spiritual and my love of Mother Earth. I have always dressed my kids and made corned beef, sauerkraut, cabbage, potatoes and Irish Soda Bread.

Well guys I just wanted to wish you a Happy St. Patrick’s Day ☘️

I still made the cabbage, potatoes, soda bread gluten free and a leg of lamb. I had bought three of them for $12 each back in November. They were originally over $50 each. It was so delicious. Low and slow.
