Chattanooga, Tennessee USA

Hello and a warm welcome. We are still stranded in this deep snowfall.  It snowed again last night, it was just a dusting by at this point it just adds to the depth of this vast white snowfall of 39 inches. Perhaps 40 now. Who’s counting now? Bruce and Dusty did get the driveway cleared which was a huge undertaking. Since the John Deere gator broke the CV joint he was just using the Bobcat or the skid steer. He had to siphon the diesel fuel from the gator to use in the bobcat since we couldn’t leave as the snow was so deep and where he had cleared it while it was snowing it was piled so high in the side of the driveway it looked like a snow tunnel. Finally the driveway was cleared enough to get out. He had to pull Colby’s truck out of the path as it seems to get stuck everywhere it goes, no joking! I thought it was because he needed tires for long, but once’s he got the new tires it still stays stuck. Anywho I have digressed again!

My daughter Alexis and her family and her sister in laws family have rented a van and have drove to Florida. One the way they have stopped at Chattanooga. This will be the first stop I talk about. As there are many many more.

Chattanooga is a beautiful place to visit and live. It’s a known for the vibrant “Scenic City” a little big town vibe. Revitalizing and refreshing. A cultural hub. Many places to visit and enjoy. Hiking is a definite must. Rock climbing and a visit to the Bessie Smith Cultural Museum. You will leave there with a blues vibe just dancing in your head. ๐ŸŽถ The book I been reading is https://a.co/d/09ppkMXR Joyful, it is all about simple things that can bring joy to your life. Facts and scientific evidence of how it works. Being in community and music can bring us 12% closer. I should finish that book today. It is a great read.
Playful walks around the town will have you inspired and happy.
Be on the lookout for art everywhere to brighten your mood

The van ride was spacious and comfortable a great experience for two families.

You can see how spacious and roomy the van is. All the windows to bring in sunshine and play road games. Like punch buggy, or looking for license plates of different places. All the kinds of games I definitely played as a child. That was a time before any tablets, iPads or phones.
The walk by the river is so inviting and memorable.
The children were having a blast. Expressions of all the energies and emotions. They laughed and jumped constantly. The vibe was so warming and joyfully.

Esme has a look of surprise! She is verbal and expressive in her words. I love it!

They ate at Pucketts. Puckett's Restaurant the food is delicious and very southern. The children had pancakes and Garrett had chicken and gravy. Everyone enjoyed their meal together. A great place to eat whilst in Chattanooga. Highly recommended!!!

Riggs was excellent at jumping back and forth. His new glasses from a post way back have been extremely helpful. They look so good on him and he really reminds me of Garebear in them.

Theo was letting everyone know he gets the back. I’m smiling! ๐Ÿ˜Š my kids always did that too.
The van is really nice. Hello cutie. All the pictures were provided to me by my daughter Alexis. Stay tuned for tomorrow’s visit in Georgia. A lovely way to spend time together. Now make sure you put Chattanooga on the list for a must see city. Check out some of the great places to visit while you’re there. https://www.visitchattanooga.com/things-to-do/attractions/
Well this trip ride has come to stop for the day. See you tomorrow. Have a wonderful day. Good vibes and warm energy.
Mush love ๐Ÿ„,
