January 12, 2026 The Cruise MSC continues on moments of 2025

Hello and good day. Welcome aboard the MSC Cruise. First you will wait in a line to check in. Since it was a long distance they had a wheelchair waiting for me and took me to the elevators. To avoid standing in the long line and the check in area. Everything went smoothly this cruise line is incredible. Even Kim and Jr and many other passengers said the same praise of compliments. 

When it was time for the night activities we were out. Jr even asked one night if we were drunk. Our response was NO! He then replied with well you guys got up and left the movie within twenty minutes of ending. The movie was Beetlejuice. When Jr asked that question the next day. My reaction was Jr we were asleep during the movie on the pool chaise chairs. Ok and yes we probably have seen Beetlejuice fifty times or more. We even had it on VHS 📼 and my older children watched it like once a week. Along with Wayne’s World. We had got the Wayne’s World VHS from McDonald’s one year for $5. Talking about VHS back in the 80s I once bought a VHS of Duran Duran for a friend of mine Heidi and paid $80 bucks for it. My parents had a BETA version of the VHS player so it wasn’t as common. I worked at Taco Bell, a men’s clothing store and Busch Gardens. Taco Bell was open until 4 am and I would get home at 5:30 am. 

When we arrived at the Bahamas 🇧🇸 we were greeted by many people asking if you would like to take a tour around the island, would you like to see their shop, get your hair braided. Well I would definitely like to get my hair done. Well it was extremely expensive so that was out. However Bruce worked a deal with momma and she said yes. So my hair was braided and I so loved it. There was a few cons that came along with the braids. It was extremely painful. Yes I even had tears rolling down my cheeks from it. Later long after I was home my hair started to fall out a lot. Not that it was a big deal but I was a bit scared at first thinking what I have done? Well I watched a few videos on YouTube and it’s about three months from the time of vitamin deficiencies or trauma etc. you get the idea as to why your hair might fall out. It’s all good now but it took some extra measures to make my hair healthier. It was just me since my scalp is so tender. 

This was a beach party with a light show it was very bedazzling. 

Dusty was certainly having an amusing experience.

Folks would decorate outside their doors either with cruise memorabilia, birthday embellishments. Retirement regalia. It was endless of the celebrations and alluring beautification of signs and celebratory displays.

The old guy wants….. Actually Bruce had several Ford trucks in his lifetime. A 73 ford truck that was orange. Newer ones as well. 

The water is just 

astonishing with its color. One must see for themselves. I spent a lot of time watching the grands playing in the water. 💦 

Priceless they were quoting movies 

The grandkids loved the buffet bar truly something for everyone 

                  I thinking by now you want to take a cruise.?? Well like I said yesterday I never imagined this would ever be on our radar. Seriously never even seen this coming.        Last year they took us to Niagara Falls on the Canadian side. Beautiful!! We have been so fortunate to experience these moments with our children and grandchildren.        Tomorrow I will share some more of the adventures making our way to Florida. See you tomorrow.
