SPRING Nature in Bloom

Hello Everyone I completed this lo for the April Rusty Pickle Challenge http://rustypickle.typepad.com/picklelicious/2009/04/april-sketch-challenge-spring-is-here.html Using the April Sketch and these guidelines.
  • use your choice of Rusty Pickle patterned paper
  • must use Rusty Pickle Trims on the project
  • project must contain 80% of Rusty Pickle product
  • One entry per person
I used for the background pp I used RP68 Baby Ivory, the top sheet RP 456 Baby's breath, The blue pp is RP 453 Summer Sky and the matting is RP 135 Aqua Flower. The trim are from Pickle Trims PT02. The chipboard is CB1443 Spring Chicken. I distressed everything, and painted the chipboard with Liquitex Modeling Paste and also put some on the flowers of the green pp. The buttons are RP too. I used hemp to tie the bows behind the buttons. The wings are from a DSR stamp and Nature was printed on the computer. The Spring was cut from Cricut at 1 1/2 from Lyrical Letters, the bird also from LL cut at 1 from cardboard. Bloom cut from LL at 1 1/2. and the sunflower was cut from WIMG at 1 1/2 for the L in Bloom. The silver accent is SU. I also sewed with my sewing machine. Ranger liquid pearls also used. The pic is of Cooper and Dusty March 2009. TFL!!!!
