Tim Holtz and Ranger Classes ( Cigar Box )

Hello everyone I made this little shadow box for the store display where I am teaching classes at. Of course you know it is Tim Holtz and Ranger products. Although I did use Rusty Pickle pp...gotta love it!!! The beads on the butterfly are some I made that are not usable for a bracelet. The wings were sprayed with Tattered Angels Iridescent gold. The trim is Prima. Kaisercraft aplhas, and the typing stamps are Delta. The box is a cigar box that I took the lid off of. Howdy ~Two Chicks~

Hello I finished this lo today. Using the wonderful kit from Two Chicks Designs. Here is the link, http://www.twochicksdesigns.com/default.asp. The March kit is already for sale, and I just received mine today...and Oh my it is yummy!!! Fabulous!! Also check the blog out http://twochicksdesigns.typepad.com/ . The pic is of my dear sweet Colby from 2007. The boys are always dressing like cowboys. I used the Cricut from Celebrations cart to cut the banner at 1 3/4. The pic is of my three youngest children, Dusty, Cooper, and Colby. I would take them for walk using the double stroller, I would put Dusty in the pouch and whenever we would get close to home (like the driveway) I would sit him in the stroller so I could get us in the house.....they just thought it was so fun. Flying High ~Two Chicks~

Hello all!! I have missed you all!! I have had a busy weekend and week. It all started with Friday I had an interview to start teaching classes at a scrapbook store in Virgina, well I am now working on a class right now!!! I am soooo excited! Then Friday night I took a class with Jenni Bowlin on an collage frame...so cute!! I will show ya whenever I can get a sunny day here. Then on Saturday I visited my cousin Josh in Raleigh NC, where of course I went to Archiver's!!!! Love that place!!
Well now on to the lo, back in November I was asked to design for Two Chicks DT. I received the February kit and I have designed this page, using the elements in the kit. They put together an AWESOME kit and the latest papers, AWWWWW!! You would love them!! Check them out http://www.twochicksdesigns.com/default.asp Also they are having a special on an Apron! The flowers in the kit were white so I inked them with alcohol inks to go with the lo. You guys know I wanna add and add!! lol!! I used stamp sets from Technique Tuesday and W R Memory Keepers. Thanks everyone have a good one!! Dawn

SImply Summer

Hi all, well the boys went to school today, and brought home tons of homework. LOL!! Make-up work, wow it sure can be a lot. I had made this lo using Graphic 45 Botanicabella line. Bazzill cardstock. I guess you can see I am totally wishing for summer!! LOL!! This is a pics of Dusty from last summer, in a sunflower field. The flowers are made from Spellbinder's dies. SImply Summer cut from Quickutz and embossed with Cuttlebug dots embossing folder. I just love these pics. The flowers are embellished with fibers, wire, and beads in the centers, and glitter.
