MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!
Wanted to wish everyone a MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! Happy Holidays!! Enjoy every moment!! Take lots of pictures. I also wanted to share a few pics with you. The first one is Abigail my 3yo granddaughter, I bought her this dress at the after Halloween sale for $9 bucks at Target. Snow princess, well it fit perfect and she loves it!! I was able to get some pics of her in it before the boys woke up the other day, I just love the pics I took of her in the dress. Then that afternoon we decorated the gingerbread houses, whew!! It was a BLAST they all decorated the first one, well after I had put the icing on the second one, Cooper says he didn't any help..lol!! He would put one candy piece on then lick his finger..it was hysterical. He and Abigail managed to eat some of it too. They had so much fun. Wanted to share a few of the pics!! Merry Christmas!! Winner of the I-Top
Hello and Good Afternoon, so sorry it took me forever to post this. My daughter Crystal flew in yesterday and well the airline lost her bags. Yeah it is 3pm the next day and still no bags. We waited at the airport for over 5 hours with empty promises. My other girls Alexis and Amanda gave her a Welcome Home party and we were late for it!!! I have my Christmas tree up but that is it!!! No shopping yet. It is just so hard for me, hubby works all the time and getting out when you live in the middle of nowhere is HARD!!!! Then I came down with a little cold from Dusty and I have been lazy today...which is like never me!! It is so nice having Crystal home, the boys are just all over her. I also had my granddaughter for the past two weeks. We also have had two extra guest at the house since last Thursday. Busy Busy times!!! The pic is of Cooper with Santa at the mall. On Friday Dec. 11, 2009 I took Cooper, Dusty, and Abigail to the mall to see Santa, a run in and out sorta deal because I had to be back for the other children getting off the bus, we live over an hour from the closest mall. The only one that would even get near him was Cooper. He walked up to him and said "What are you?" OMG I cracked up. Well enough said....on to the fun stuff..........

Snow Baby ~Rusty Pickle~
Hello everyone I did this layout while in Utah at the Rusty Pickle retreat. I used snow-tex which I bought at Michael's and kinda painted on as if the snow had fallen. Everything is 100% Rusty Pickle except the snow and the floss. The picture is of Dusty last Feb. 2009 when we got a little dusting of snow....yeah it's North Carolina we do not get much snow....but really do enjoy what we do get. I had packaged the layout in my suitcase and let me tell ya the papers were everywhere in my case and the moisture in the air made the snow like it was wet again...so this poor lo went thru alot. Thanks, Dawn

Catch Up ~Rusty Pickle~ ~Two Chicks Designs~Everything in between
Hello everyone I know it has been awhile I can hardly catch a moment for myself here. I was in Utah with all the Rusty Pickle girls and what a blast we had came home to two sick boys and a messy house. It has taken me this long to post anything. I made this for my secret sister at the Rusty Pickle retreat. Pamela Young was my secret sister and received this frame of her family. I had purchased the frame at Michael's for 4.99 in the wood section and used the Rusty Pickle Mayflower collection to decorate. I inked and used Tim Holtz crackle paint...love that stuff!! The alphas are Quickutz and the hearts are some wooden hearts I have had since the 80's...(i know) The bingo card is Jenni Bowlin, Prima flowers. Had lots of fun making and really enjoyed giving to Pamela. I will be posting more close up pics on my blog!! http://creationsbydawn.blogspot.com/

My Hero ~Rusty Pickle~
Okay can you tell I miss my daughter!!!!! This little book was made for my son Colten, he has been missing his sister a whole bunch!!! He always tells everyone about her. So I made this book to help show everyone about her and the journaling is in his words, I just wrote it for him such it was a small space (now that I think I should had him write then scanned it and made it small) Now I think!!!! Anyway I used Rusty Pickle Rockin America pp line. Pretty much 100%Rusty Pickle except paint, ink. RP trims, buttons, chipboard. The star chipboard album is from colorbok, from the $1.00 rack at Michael's!!! Gotta love that!!! And I just saw they had holiday ones too!! TFL!! Have a Sweet Day!! Dawn
